Pabu Hat - Restocked Round 3

I finally got around to finishing a few more. I was waiting until the first purchase was made before I put this up, as ~DracheGott has been asking me since I first put up the original pabu hat to make one for them. After missing my first remake, I made SURE they got one this time.
